It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Arteena "Teena" Libey, who left this world peacefully on August 7, 2025, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Born on September 16, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas, Teena lived a life defined by warmth, dedication, and kindness. For over 40 years, she worked as a devoted hairdresser, touching the lives of countless clients-many of whom became lifelong friends.

Teena was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. She had a deep love for her family, cooking, music, and football, especially cheering on her beloved Arkansas Razorbacks. Her laughter, her generous spirit, and her fierce loyalty were unmistakable.

She is survived by her children, Nathaniel "Nate" Libey and Miranda (Libey) Dabney; her grandsons, siblings, many friends, and the numerous clients who became part of her extended family over the years.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time, allowing family and friends to come together and honor her memory in the way she would have wanted-joyfully and with love.

Teena's legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her strength, her humor, her unconditional love, and the beauty she brought into the world-both inside and out.
